All prices shown on this website include VAT at the current rate (unless indicated otherwise). All goods and prices are subject to availability. You can pay by cheque, debit card or credit card. Goods remain the property of the supplier until paid for in full.

The Contract of Sale between the purchaser (customer) and the seller (Stovetech Ltd) begins when the seller notifies the purchaser that the goods are ready for despatch.

Ordering

When you place an order with us we will send you an email with details of the products you have ordered. You must without delay check that what has been ordered is correct and advise us immediately if there are any problems, in order that we can stop processing the order and make any necessary changes. Contact us by phone (01432 360016) or email (sales@stovetech.co.uk).

Unless you have applied for and have been granted credit facilities, all orders must be paid for before any goods will be despatched. Card payments will be authorised when the order is placed, but your card will not be charged until the goods are ready for despatch. Cheque payments must be cleared before goods can be released from stock.

Delivery

Delivery normally takes three days, depending on availability. It can take up to three weeks in some instances. If there will be a delay in despatching your order, we will contact you and give an estimated delivery date.

We do not deliver stoves outside the UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland. You will be contacted before your order is processed to confirm eligibility.

Stoves are very heavy. The driver will help when possible, but we suggest you have at least one other person with you to assist. The driver will not move goods across unfinished or gravel drives, through narrow openings, or up steps.

You must check the goods on delivery, and if they are found to be damaged, you must mark this clearly on the carrier's delivery note.

If goods are damaged please contact Stovetech immediately, quoting your Order Reference and Delivery Note, in order that we can claim against the carrier and organise replacement or repair.

If you are unavailable when goods are delivered, the carrier will leave a note explaining how to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time. It is possible that re-delivery charges may apply, and you will be responsible for paying these.

If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, we regret that you will be charged for any return delivery costs, even if the products have not reached your address.

Installation

It is your responsibility to select products that suit your needs. When your order has been delivered, you are responsible for the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that products are installed correctly and in compliance with current regulations. Contact the Building Control Officer of your local authority if you need guidance.

We recommend that you do not arrange a date for installation until the goods have been delivered.

Cancellation

Mail order, telephone and internet sales to individuals (not businesses) are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (UK Law Directive 97/7/EC). Under these regulations a customer has the right to cancel any order between placing it and 7 working days after delivery. Cancellations must be in writing by post or by email to sales@stovetech.co.uk, quoting the Order Number. Under the Distance Selling regulations you have the right to receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. We will pay refunds within 14 days of cancellation or, if the goods have been despatched, their safe arrival back at Stovetech (whichever is the later).

Returns

You are advised to retain the packaging, as you will find it difficult to return a stove without appropriate packaging. The goods must be unmarked and free from blemishes of any kind, and you must return them in a saleable condition. The goods must not have been fitted, installed or used in any way. Spare parts are non returnable and non refundable due to being a special order. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility (and this includes any additional shipping charges incurred where the order is cancelled after it has been shipped but before delivery).

If you wish to return part or all of your order please email sales@stovetech.co.uk, quoting your order number and the date you received your goods. You must confirm that the goods are in the original packaging, unused in any way and that Stovetech is able to inspect the goods before signing for their delivery.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy

We always aim to supply goods in excellent condition. Some of our products are both heavy and fragile, and need careful handling until installed. We will repair or replace (free of charge) any item found defective or damaged before delivery or during unloading. This is in addition to any manufacturers guarantee. We cannot accept return of products which are damaged after delivery. Do not return any goods until you have our agreement. Items returned to us must be sent by a tracked delivery service. A re-stocking charge of 20% of the order value may be made. Refunds will only be made after goods are received in a satisfactory condition at Stovetech's premises.

Offers and Voucher Codes

Any offers the Stovetech may make are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, unless the offer directly stipulates eligibility. Offers and Voucher codes have an expiry date and can only be used by that date. Vouchers can only be used by the person they are issued to and cannot be passed on to a third party. Vouchers have limitations on what products/services they can be redeemed against and the number of times they can be used.
